TalentNode obtains information in a lawful and professional manner. The information acquired throughout the course of our work is solely for the purpose of providing services as an executive search firm to our clients. Such information may include, but is not limited to, salary details, current and former clients, achievement results, contact details, biographical information, employment history, degrees, and other data provided in the form of a curriculum vitae. We make every effort to ensure that our records are as accurate and complete as possible.

We will share information amongst TalentNode members when necessary to provide our recruitment services. Your CV and related documents will only be sent to prospective employers with your consent. We may also release information to regulatory or law enforcement agencies when required to do so by law.

We will obtain information strictly for the purpose of providing executive search services to our clients. We will hold personal information, including contact details and CVs, for the purposes of matching backgrounds against job openings, keeping prospects informed of new job openings and pertinent events, and compiling statistical data (in an anonymous format), such as salaries and titles.

TalentNode pledges to take appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse of private information. All information is stored in a private and secured database and may only be accessed by TalentNode members, or technical administrative staff as necessary to maintain an appropriate level of protection.

In accordance with applicable data Privacy legislation, an individual may have the right to contact TalentNode to inquire as to the personal information that we may have regarding him or her and to request a copy thereof. Furthermore, any individual with personal information in our database may request that we amend his or her information, or remove the corresponding record from our systems. To process a request for the removal a record, an individual must provide appropriate confirmation of identity. In such cases we may retain minimal personal information for the purpose of preventing future contact.
